Depending on the vehicle design and variant, some door card designs will be "full door card patterns" (top to bottom of door) or they will be "top and bottom door card patterns" (a door card fits to the inset of the top of the door, and a separate bottom card fits into the bottom inset of the door) .
Please note: As there are wide range of commercial vehicle models and styles on the market, most of our door cards are made to order to match your vehicle's template. Please call for lead time prior to ordering.

How to purchase
- Firstly select your door card backing - this is a black leatherette finished plastic packing plate made to a templated shape matching your vehicle. Some vehicles have a "full door" pattern which goes from top to bottom of the door, and others are "top" or "bottom" door cards, which mean the pattern for that particular door is available as a split card (a top half and a bottom half).
- Secondly select your shelving modules - these will come loose with fittings, enabling you to choose where to place these on the door card once fitted.
- Module 1 (For Brushheads and Spares): 475mm x 90mm x 90mm
- Module 2 (For Brushheads and Spares): 304mm x 90mm x 90mm
- Module 4 (holds 4 x 90mm dia. bottles): 475mm x 90mm x 90mm
- Module 5 ('bucket-on-a-belt' holder): 150mm x 95mm/85mm Depth x 85/75mm
- Module 6 (large 'bucket' for scrim etc.): 405mm x 405mm x 160mm - note the extra depth! may clash with reels if used on the lower part of the door!

Please note: It is ENTIRELY the customer’s responsibility to check the available space in the vehicle. (see 'Installation' note below). Please note some vehicle models mean the door cards come as full length patterns - you can see the version available in the dropdown of each vehicle selection available.
Installation
As with all work being carried out on a vehicle, care should be taken when fitting. Each door card has a total depth of 100mm, which should be taken into consideration to ensure the door will shut with any existing equipment such as hose reels.
