Our quality renowned GrippaMAX cleaning systems are now available with full hot water integration. We can also offer retro upgrade kits for customers with existing systems. The HydroHeat 9.1kw heater system is manufactured in house by GrippaTank and uses industry leading boiler technology.

The HydroHeat 9.1kw boiler has the following benefits:

• Cleaning with hot water cuts into dirt and grime far quicker than using cold water, so buying a hot water system will speed up your work. Many of our customers report a 30% saving on time.
• Energy efficient 9.1kw diesel heater system - uses approximately 0.9 litre per hour of use on maximum output and only 7 - 8 amps of electric.
• Fully adjustable temperature - capable of heating water upto 60c at heater point. Temperature outputs at brushes will vary depending on the length of hose pulled out from the van, and the temperature on the ground.
• Temperature can be adjusted per operative
• Frost stat - system will kick into life when 2c is read and circulate water through plumbing and hose reels and then back to tank to prevent freezing occuring overnight.
• Unlike many systems on the market that use cheap plastic connections, the HydroHeat system comes with stainless steel plumbing fittings as standard.
• System is recommended to run with 2 x 110ah batteries along with our SmartCharge split relay kit.
• We can provide bespoke cabinet designs in order to fit in with your existing system.

Our HydroHeat diesel heater systems use heat on demand technology which require a recommended flow rate to achieve optimum temperatures from the output of the heater.

The HydroHeat system requires servicing every 12 months. It is imperative that services are kept up to date, as failure to do so will invalidate the warranty.

When placing your distributor order, if you require each kit to be supplied with the external connecting hoses pre-assembled, please ensure you add the relevant Hose Link Pack to your order.
Alternatively, we can supply hoses and fittings in bulk, allowing you to assemble the hose packs yourself.
