This filter is the stage one carbon block for all Merlin and Flexi-Filter systems.
Once installation has been completed, we recommend on first run disconnecting the pre-filter from the ro membrane's and allowing the water to flow for about 10 minutes to ensure any manufacturing debris is removed from the carbon block.
The Pentair PRF-RO Carbon Pre-Filter measures 43.2 cm (17.0 inches) in length and 7.4 cm (2.9 inches) in diameter.
