S750 GrippaPRO Static Purification System - 750 Litres Per Hour
Overview: The GrippaPRO S750 Static Purification System is designed to produce up to 788 liters of pure water per hour*, making it suitable for companies operating multiple vehicles. This system is bespoke engineered in the UK on a stainless steel free-standing frame. It comes fully tested, pre-plumbed, and ready for use, ensuring optimal performance, durability, and ease of maintenance.
Built with Passion in the UK: These systems are bespoke built with passion in the UK, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and long-term reliability. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, they are engineered to the highest standards and therefore come with a lead time.
Key Features:
-
High Production Rate: Capable of producing up to 788 liters of pure water per hour*, equating to approximately 18,912 liters per day.
-
Twin Pre-Combined Filters: Equipped with two 4021" Carbon/Sediment filters, designed for dual-stage pre-treatment. These filters should be changed every 6 months or after processing up to 360,000 liters of mains water, ensuring consistent, high-quality water output.
-
RO Membranes: Equipped with 4040" US Technology RO Membranes, enhancing water purification efficiency.
-
DI Bottle (10L or 25L): Includes a Deionized (DI) bottle with a choice of 10L or 25L capacity, filled with high-quality Tulsion resin, providing a spot-free pure water finish for your cleaning or processing needs.
-
Intelligent System Controller: We commend the S3 smart control, which features such as auto shut-off, auto tank re-fill, TDS monitoring, booster pump control, and low-pressure alerts.
-
Booster Pump: To be able to have the capability of the high flow, a mains booster pump should be included in your build to optimize water pressure and flow.
-
Stainless Steel Framework: Providing outstanding durability, superior corrosion resistance, and extended operational lifespan, ensuring long-term reliability even in demanding environments.
Optional Upgrades:
-
Frost Protection Heater: To safeguard the system during low-temperature conditions.
-
System Control Options: Various control upgrades are available to enhance system functionality.
-
Softener Systems: Options to include water softening systems for areas with hard water.
-
Storage Tanks: Additional storage solutions to meet specific capacity requirements.
-
Transfer & Totalizer Options: For efficient water transfer and usage monitoring.
-
On-Site Installation: Professional installation services to ensure optimal system setup.
-
Wall Fixing Options: Fixings for mounting the system to masonry, brick, or plasterboard walls.
Site Requirements
To ensure the optimal setup and operation of the system, the following site conditions must be met:
-
Level Surface: The installation site must provide a level, stable surface to support the system and its components.
-
Electrical Supply: A minimum of two double 240V electrical sockets should be available for the system’s operation.
-
Water Supply: The site must have a mains water supply with a minimum flow rate of 1400 liters per hour (lph). If the water supply cannot meet this requirement, a header tank may be required. The water tap should be connected to the system using either:
-
A 15mm push-fit connection, or
-
A 3/4" male BSP termination.
-
Waste Water Disposal: A designated waste point should be available to dispose of the reverse osmosis (RO) waste water.
-
Insulated Enclosure: The system must be housed in an insulated enclosure, room, or unit to prevent any risk of frost damage. This will ensure safe and efficient operation during colder weather.
Aftercare:
We offer comprehensive aftercare services, including on-site servicing available anywhere in the UK. Our team of professionals ensures your system remains in peak condition, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
Warranty:
-
Manufacturer's Fault (Return to Base):
-
5-year tank and frame warranty
-
2-year electronics warranty
-
1-year purification consumables warranty
-
The filters supplied with the system come with a warranty that covers any manufacturer's defects, but please note that the warranty does not cover failure due to normal usage. The actual lifespan of the filters will depend on the amount of water processed and the quality of the water being filtered.
Much like an ink cartridge, which is used up quicker the more you print, a water filter will have a shorter life the harder and more frequently it is used. Once the filters have processed the water, they have served their purpose. Regular maintenance and timely replacement will help ensure continued optimal performance of the system.
